Analysis of Factors Affecting Financing Mode of Small&Micro-Enterprises in Jilin Province

　　This paper has discussed the financing problem faced by small and microenterprises combining with the development of small and micro-enterprises in Jilin province.This article has expounded the financing types of small and micro-enterprises in Jilin province from four aspects including internal financing,external financing,indirect financing and folk debit and credit and has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these four types of financing mode.Based on analyzing the influence essential factors of financing problem,we also provided concrete countermeasures and implement suggestions to solve the financing problem of small and micro-enterprises in Jilin province.
