Completing Performance Evaluation System for Technical Service Employees based on Competency Model
Since the performance evaluation serves as a vital link in performance management of enterprises,how to conduct accurate and scientific evaluation on knowledge employees concerns their individual development and permanent growth of the organization.Based on competency model describing and distinguishing employees’ work performance,this paper puts forward the competency model introduced into the performance evaluation system.It summarizes the advantages of the performance evaluation system based on the competency model and focuses on how to construct such performance evaluation system.Although the application of competence model in the performance evaluation is an irresistible trend,it still requires more theoretical basis and empirical research.
