Discussion on the Financial Supervision System in China

摘要：

　　As the context of financial globalization bring about unprecedented challenges on the development of Chinas financial industry,we have to establish suitable conditions of our countrys modernization model of financial supervision,in order to adapt to the full liberalization of the financial industry needs.We must improve the efficiency of financial supervision,and enhance the competitiveness of the financial industry,and ensure the soundness of the financial industry.However,due to there are some problems of financial supervision in China,this article seeks to propose legal and institutional aspects of building and perfecting Chinas financial regulatory system.
