Enlightenment on Operation and Risk Prevention of Municipal Bond

　　In the adjustment process of the financial market’s structure,bond business is paid more and more attention.Municipal bond as the silver edge have not entered to the financial market directly,but have been indirect realize to the function of the municipal construction by the other means.So study on the operation and risk management of Municipal bond is particularly important.Combined with the successful experience of municipal bond in operation form and risk management of American,some suggestions about operation management of municipal bond in our country are put forward,in order to provide lessons for the healthy development of Chinese Municipal bond.
