Institution Environment and Earnings Management Based on Dynamic Panel Data with System GMM Estimation

摘要：

　　Applying analysis based on dynamic panel data with system GMM estimation,this paper,from the perspective of regional disparity,provides a research on the influence of institution environment over earnings management.The research finds that earnings management is significantly affected by external governance environment,which means companies in region with higher marketization degree,less government interference and more perfect law environment have a lower degree of earnings management; earnings management is affected by degree of earnings manipulation in last two periods and external governance environment factors in the last period.The study enriches the research scope of earnings management,and proposes that the supervision department should formulate differential regulatory policies on the basis of regional disparity to strengthen the administration of earnings management.
