Management System Optimization of Accounts Receivable Based on Information Technology
With the development of market economy,intensively competition between the enterprises and frequently occurring of accounts on sale make the total amount of accounts receivable more large continuously.The possibilities of bad debts become big.Cash flow of corporate is facing risks of fracture.These have had an important impact on the sustainable and healthy development.This article has analyzed the management situations of accounts receivable.Some questions during the management of accounts receivable have been disclosed.Some optimized countermeasures and suggestions have been made as follows: to set up informatized philosophy of accounts receivable management; to add the invest on informatization; to strengthen the informatized management process reengineering of accounts receivable; to strengthen the informatized depth of management nodes of accounts receivable and to promote the paces of construction of informatization management talents.
