Measurement of the Financial Stability in China

摘要：

　　This paper summarizes the meaning of financial stability into the following dimensions including financial development,financial vulnerability and financial soundness,based on which a financial stability index containing 10 basic indicators has been built.Taking relevant data from 1986 to 2008 in China as an example,a comprehensive measurement of current financial stability has been performed by econometric analysis methods.The results show that financial system in China,throughout the study,is not highly unstable,but essentially develops stably.
