Research on Internal Governance Structure of Agricultural Listed Companies

　　Agricultural listed companies are the representative of the advanced productive forces in current period and responsible for the burden of agriculture-led economic development.Chinese agricultural listed companies have some features,for example,the number is relatively small,the scale of total assets is small,and the phenomenon of departing from agriculture and abandoning agriculture is very serious.At present,the important topic on agricultural listed companies is how to improve the internal governance and enhance the level of internal corporate governance.This essay analyzes the status quo of internal governance from four aspects,characteristics of the board of directors,equity structure,characteristics of the board of supervisors and current situation of the management and then makes recommendations on improvement based on actual situation in order to perfect the internal governance.
