Research on Strategies to Manage Risks of Private Financing for Small and Medium Manufacturing Enterprises

　　In order to make more private funds available and workable for enterprises to expand businesses,firstly,the status of private financing for small and medium manufacturing enterprises is discussed,then,risks of the private funds for small and medium manufacturing enterprises is analyzed,in the end,the paper puts forward the strategies to manage risks in private financing,some new ideas and methods for small and medium manufacturing enterprises to cope with the risks of private financing will be presented.
