Research on the development strategy of the electric power industry financial holdings
Along with financial holding companies be lifting and the continuous deepening of the reform of the financial in our country,mutual integration of industrial capital and financial capital has become a major feature of financial development at present stage in our country,they promote each other in the fusion.Chinas five electric power groups join the ranks of financial holding,which provides new vitality to transformation of the electric power industry and developments in finance in our country.But some problems still exist in the financial holding companies of the electric power industry during their transformation process and financial reform in our country.In this paper,we use the SWOT matrix to analyze status quo of financial holding companies of electric power industry in china,then analyze strategic choice and put forward relevant policy suggestions to develop financial industry.
