Research on The Service Efficiency of University Research Appropriations
Promoting the service efficiency of university research appropriations is the key to improve the reasonability of education resources utilization,especially in the current situation of shortage of education resources.It has important significance to improve universities’ innovation ability in science and technology and promote the progress of science and technology of China.This research will divide the research appropriations according to the expenditure structure,and then set up the index system of scientific research appropriations.The empirical research observes the effects of internal features and external factors on the large commercial banks’ noninterest income by analyze the section data in 2010 of the Universities directly under the Ministry of Education by using DEA Model.The following empirical results are concluded.The efficiency of scientific research appropriations in universities is not optimistic,research appropriations are not balanced allocated among universities and the universities’ internal research expenditure structures are unreasonable.That leads to the coexistence of the lack and waste of appropriations.
