Strategies of Commercial Banks to Carry out Sci-tech Finance-Taking Dalian Area as an Example

　　The Sci-tech finance is an important part of the national science and technology innovation system and the financial system.The healthy development of science and technology financial needs the active participation and support of the commercial banks.In this paper,the market environment in Dalian,for example,a SWOT analysis was performed to analyze commercial banks carrying out scientific and technological financial business,and strategies of the business were proposed.All investigations have certain significances for domestic commercial banks to carry out scientific and technological financial business.
