Study on Agency Costs of Government Venture Capital Guide Fund

　　However agency costs are prevalent in the operation of the venture capital fund,agency costs of government venture capital guide fund have special features.This article discusses the guide fund agency relationship exists in operation,analyze the three types of agency costs,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the agency problem.
