Study on Building an Effective Path of Competence for Commercial Bank Staff with BARS Method
Due to long development cycle of competence model research and high cost of applications,how to build an effective competence model has become an outstanding focus issue for the commercial bank.As a result of innovative utilization of BARS (Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale) analysis method,we refine the analysis thinking in the study that can identify critical characteristics of competence for bank position.In addition,a strategy-driven construction framework is expounded for building an effective path of competence for staffs of China commercial banks,in which a representative post of a certain commercial bank is taken as a case.
