Study on Mechanism of Integration with Virtual Science and Technology Incubator and Venture Capital

　　Since the virtual technology incubator was founded,it foster a large number of successful enterprises,provides a full range of services for successfully listed on the venture,more growth to provide beneficial information,but integration with venture capital is a new direction.Article analysis the causes of the fusion,expertise integration process of virtual incubator and venture capital of the specialized knowledge,the business,development goals,organization system.It proposed project selection,being in incubation of enterprises,venture capital exit and talent such as key factors for integration.It clears integration of their correct development direction.
