The Choice of the Financing Way of Overseas Mergers and Acquisitions:Risk Taking--Research Based on Cases

　　Financing guarantees funds for the implementation of corporate control transfer,different ways of financing reflects the degree of control rights transfer and risk-taking.This paper analyses the overseas M&A financing ways based on the risk-taking and takes three typical cases as the mainline.It enlightens that the company can make full use of overseas M & A project for introducing available funds,in addition to bank loan,bond and equity financing,not only to achieve the expansion of overseas markets,but also to avoid financing risks.
