The Effect of Organization Justice on the Relationship between Formal and Informal Institutions
The organizational justice is affecting the efficiency of the enterprise institution.This research was to examine the effect of organizational justice on the conflict relationship between formal and informal institutions.Based on literature research,we clarify the conflict relationship of corporate institution into four dimensions: institutional exception,institutional implementation,institutional vacancy and institutional effect.Data collected from 203 employees or supervisors was analyzed and fitted by SEM to test the hypotheses.Our results indicate that strengthening the organizational justice will reduce the conflict between formal and informal institutions.Procedural justice effects the institution strongest,followed by distributive justice,and interactional justice.Therefore,the enterprises should try their best to achieve procedural justice when designing the institutions.
