The Evolution of Ownership Structure under Traditional Corporation Governance Modes From Perspective of Transaction Cost

摘要：

　　This paper bases its arguments on the theories of New Institutional Economics,takes the perspective of transaction cost,sheds more light on the different cost under the two corporation governance modes because of market development through simple theoretical pattern,which results in different ownership structure.The contribution of transaction cost lead to convergence of ownership structure.All those are natural outcomes to different national conditions.
