The Impact of Scenarios on Implementation of Unconventional Emergency Based on SD Branch Vector Matrix Approach
This paper applies SD Branch Vector Matrix (SD BVM) approach to demonstrate the impact of scenarios on implementation of unconventional emergencies.By establishing Rate Variable Fundamental In-Tree (RVFIT),calculating and analyzing oil slick clean-up feedback loops,SD BVM approach reveals that the more complex of the scenarios the more difficult to deal with an emergency. Therefore, improving scenarios is a good way to improve implementation efficiency of unconventional emergencies. At the end, conclusion and implication for further research is provided.
