　　University of science and technology enterprise in China is a unique group of enterprises,it has the characteristics of high-growth,high-risk,high-yield.This paper combines the life cycle of the University of science and technology enterprises,dynamically analyzes the financial characteristics and strategies of the various stages of growth of the university of Science and technology achievements through successful industrialization.
