Tourism Economic Value Assessment Method of Coastal Environmental Resources and Empirical research
Coastal zone is one of the most intensive place of human activities,coastal zone not only provides people with rich entertainment resources,but also easy to be impacted by human activities.For coastal zone sustainable development and the scientific use or development the coastal zone resources for management,it is necessary to assess the economic value of coastal zone resources.This paper,taking Dalian Xinghai Park as an example,establishes a Double-Bounded Logit regression model based on Contingent Valuation Methods,and calculate the average willingness to pay (WTP) of sea,beach and species from two aspects of residents and tourists,then it evaluates the tourism economic value of environmental resources in Xinghai Park coastal zone.Results show that the tourism economic value of sea,beach and species is 453 million RMB,421 million RMB and 386 million RMB respectively.It will be important for the sustainable development of coastal zone if we include this information in integrated coastal zone management.
