Experimental System for the Micro-nano Fabrication of Three-dimensional Structures by Femtosecond Laser Two-photon Absorption

摘要：

　　Fundamentals of two-photon photopolymerization have been introduced and a 3D femtosecond laser micro-nano fabrication system has been built.In this paper,3D CAD data model based on femtosecond laser micro-nano fabrication system have been also discussed.The 3D various sphere-rod photonic crystal structure mimicking real atom structures in electronic crystals have been fabricated.
