The Domestic and International Research Situation of Photoelectric Interconnection Technology

摘要：

　　The definition characteristics and basic principles of photoelectric interconnection technology used in electronic products are summarized in this paper.The main technologies of the photoelectric inter connection used in electronic products,and its development trend are reviewed,and existing problems of photoelectric interconnection technology development are pointed out.Finally,this paper prospects development trends of photoelectric interconnection technology in the future.
