Authenticity Identification of Wild Folk Sanghuang Mushrooms in Jilin Province
sanghuang has been widely used in folk as a kind of precious,barely non-side-effects medicinal fungi,however,many other species of mushrooms have been used as sanghuang in folk for a long time,since they have similar appearances with sanghuang.Some of them had been identified authoritatively belonging to other genera by experts,for the residents and tourists,however,it is not so easy to differentiate these mushrooms just from their appearances easily,therefore,it caused so much confusion in sanghuang market.Under the guidance of the locals,we collected 29 wild fruit bodies of 9 epiphyte trees,which were all used as sanghuang by the locals,from Tonghua city,Jilin province.Through comparing their appearances and colonial morphologies with records reported in the literatures,we try to identify their authenticity preliminarily,eliminate safety hidden troubles of blindly using Chinese medicine,and to provide strains source for screening superior strains for further study.
