Submerged Fermentation of Medicinal Fungus Jinzhi - Phylloporia lonicerae L.C.Xu et Y.L.Tian sp.nov.

　　The effects of carbon sources,nitrogen sources and inorganic salts on the biomass of Jinzhi were studied.With mycelial biomass as the index,the optimum medium was selected by using single factor and orthogonal experiment.The mycelium grew best in incipient medium which contained 200 g potato,2.5% glucose,0.2% peptone,0.1% KH2PO4,0.1% MgSO4,15g agar and 1000mL distilled water.The optimum temperature and pH were 28℃ and between 5~6 respectively.The maximal biomass was 1.55 g/100 mL when Jinzhi strain grew in a flask containing glucose 2.5 %,protein peptone 0.2 % + bran 4 %,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.1%,rotated 150~160 r/min for 96 h at 28 ℃.The best Jinzhi liquid fermentation medium was found.Under the conditions above,biomass will grow obviously,and be conducive to largescale industrial production.
