Research of an Antitumor Composition from Ganoderma lucidum Spore Oil
A new antitumor composition was extracted from Ganoderma lucidum spore oil.The specific Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was extracted with methanol and water,than the extract was freeze-dried and found was a multi-component composition by HPLC detection.The composition was test for its antitumor activity by CCK-8 assay in vitro with five human tumor cell lines:K562 (human leukemia cells),A549 (human lung adenocarcinoma cells),PC-3M (human prostate cells),MDA-MB-231 (human breast cancer cells),HeLa (human cervical carcinoma cells) and the inhibiting effect of it on the first three was better,IC50 were 3.28μg/mL(K562),4.16tg/mL(A549) and 0.84μg/mL(PC-3M) respectively.Then with three mouse tumor cell lines:RM-1 (mouse prostate cancer cells),the LA795 (mouse lung adenocarcinoma cells) and L1210 (mouse leukemia cells).IC50 were 2.19μg/mL(RM-1),4.49μtg/mL(LA795) and 5.77μg/mL(L1210) respectively.Finally the composition was test for its antitumor activity with the RM-1 tumor-beating mice by ig in vivo and found its tumor inhibition rate was 52.9% (100mg/kg).
