Laboratory Screening of Coriolus versicolor (L.) Lloyd Disease-Resistant Strains
Two main pathogens (bacteria,Penicillium),have been identified by sceening Coriolus versicolor pathogens.Establishment screening Coriolus versicolor resistance model through introduction of a number of different Coriolus versicolor strains and screening their resistance ability to bacteria,fungi.Due to bacterial and fungal diseases of mushroom mainly through the secretion of toxins to inhibit mushroom mycelial growth and competition between growth of mycelium of edible fungi and pathogens.Therefore,through the PDA plate culture experiment,we compare the inhibiting abilities to the bacteria and penicillium fermentation metabolite on the growth of C.versicolor strains with the contrasted strains,get the average resistance and growth rate of C.versicolor strains,establish the grading system.After comprehensive judgment,we implement the lab screening of the strains with strong disease resistance.
