Progress in Research on the Application of Edible-Medicinal Fungi Polysaccharides in Aquaculture

摘要：

　　The Edible-Medicinal Fungi polysaccharides can significantly enhance the immunological function of aquatic animals,and improve the disease-resistant ability.This paper reviewed the progress in research on the application of Edible-Medicinal Fungi polysaccharides to aquatic animals,including immunity and disease resistance and other aspects,and pointed out the problems and prospects,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the use of the Edible-Medicinal Fungi Polysaccharides as feed additives and immune enhancer in aquatic animals.
