Build uniform content label for the next generation internet by Extenics

　　The Internet is facing some problems such as information explosion, infor mation inquiry difficulty, content management limited etc.Based on ideas of Uniform Content Label (UCL) and meta-synthesis put forward by Chinese Academy of Science and Engineering, we present a series of implement solutions to express and store UCL based on base element theory, and XML, and discuss methods and procedures to build UCL for the next generation internet by Extenics.Finally, we give some research directions on integration of UCL and Extenics for the applications on the Internet.
