The Deposited Graphite Analysis on the Ascension Pipe of Coke Oven During the Cokeoven Gas Heat Recovery

摘要：

　　In ascension pipe of the coke oven,the coking of the tar steam in the coke-oven gas always hinders the heat recovery of the coke-oven gas.This paper discusses the coke-oven gas’s tar steam characteristics of deposited graphite,studies the forming conditions of the coked sediments and the influenced factors.It favors for getting maximum heat from the coke-oven gas,and keeps tar steam from coking sediments in the inner surface of the ascension pipe during the cooling of the coke-oven gas.
