Improved Dynamic Analysis of Development of Pulmonary Edema

  Based on the effects of proteglycans differential degradation on the mechanical properties of interstitial matrix during pulmonary edema development,we set up a dynamic lumped parameter model describing interstitial fluid flow in lung.We analyzed the effect of parameters such as the transmural driving force and the hydraulic conductivity of capillary wall,the integrity of endothelial basal membrane and basic matrix structure.The theoretical results were identical with recent physiological discoveries of interstitial macromolecular scaffold,and give a rational explanation of the development of pulmonary edema from a dynamic view,which is helpful to precaution and treatment of pulmonary edema.
