An Exact Free Vibration Frequency Formula for Oscillator with Single-Term Positive-Power Restoring Force

　　The oscillator with single-term positive-power restoring force (STPP oscillator) is analyzed,for which the restoring force term is ε· sign(x)· |x|.For arbitrary positive real numbers of power exponent r,coefficient ε > 0 and amplitude of free vibration A,the exact free vibration frequency of STPP oscillator equals to CFPrε1/2A(r-1)/2,where the frequency-power constant CFPr only depends upon the power exponent r,and can be calculated by numerical calculation.
