A New Traffic Kinetic Model Considering Potential Influence

摘要：

　　We use potential influence to build a new weight function for modeling city traffic.A corresponding heterogeneous traffic kinetic model is built.A queue example due to red light is studied using the proposed model.The comparison is done between the Delitala-Tosin model and the proposed model.
