Equilibrium Velocity Distribution Function for Traffic Flow

摘要：

　　The lattice Boltzmann model for traffic flow is difficult to be employed and the key point is how to construct a reasonable equilibrium velocity distribution function.In this paper,a new approach is proposed which can construct equilibrium velocity distribution function conveniently.A special equilibrium velocity distribution function is given by considering the velocity-density relation which is related to the specific road condition.The characteristics of velocity distribution curves are also in discussion.
