RESEARCH ON Cu(Ⅱ) TRANSFER USING SUPPORTED LIQUID MEMBRANE
Supported liquid membrane is established by using 2-Ethylhexylphosphoric acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester as carrier,kerosene as membrane solvent and Polyvinylidene fluoride membrane as matrix.This article analyzes the effects of Cu(Ⅱ) concentration,migration time,carrier concentration and feed solution pH for the rate of migration by means of monofactor experiments to obtain the optimum experimental conditions.The results indicate that the migration rate of Cu(Ⅱ)with the optimical conditions as following:Cu(Ⅱ) concentration at 4× 10-4mol/L,migration time at 120min,carrier concentration at 7% and feed solution pH at 5.0,attains to 83.5%,which is the optimum value of Cu(Ⅱ) migration.
