Determination of the Content of Imperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Evaluation of the Measurement Uncertainty in Using High Efficiency Liquid Chromatography

摘要：

　　purpose Using high efficiency liquid chromatography,a mathematic model is established to measure the content of imperatorin in radix angelicae dahuricae and evaluate the total uncertain source from the process of measurement.methods By analyzing the major sources of the uncertainty components,the uncertainty components were evaluated and calculated.results When sample was 0.4 g,the results showed a normal linear relationship about the measurement of imperatorin in radix angelicae dahuricae conclusion The method can be used to evaluate the uncertainty of imperatorin in radix angelicae dahuricae using high efficiency liquid chromatography.
