Particle Size of Flotation Feed Impact of the K-feldspar Sorting

  According to mathematical model of ore dissociation,the authors analyzed ore monomer dissociation granularity,and found the optimal particle size and scope of flotation feed.Take Liaoning K-feldspar ore for experimental study,we found that highest recovery rate of the K-feldspar meets the conditions of the grain size of 0.053 ~0.150 mm.Comprehensive analysis of the ore particle size varies in the grinding process and determines the grinding process,through above,we can not only make the flotation feed grain size overall control in the optimal flotation size range,but also significantly avoid ore too rough and too thin.
