Characteristic Analysis and Design of Reduction Method of Detent Force Applied High Thrust Force PMLSM based on Numerical Analysis

  Since linear motor insures sinusoidal of EMF,detent force becomes a main cause of thrust force ripple during driving.Thus,in order to reduce thrust force ripple,detent force reduction design should necessarily be reflected.This paper analyzed occurrence cause of detent force and cycle nature and suggested detent force reducing technique and carried out high thrust force linear synchronous motor design for test of 14200N degree based on manufacture ease.
