Constitutive Model of Supper-alloy IN690 Based on Extrusion Test

  The constitutive model of material is an important foundation theory of simulation and tool design for metal forming technology.Precision and speed of simulation is influenced by the veracity and modality of constitutive model of material.The constitutive model of super-alloy Inconel 690(IN690) had been established based on extruding test which used to tube extrusion technology.The tube extruding test of supper-alloy Inconel 690 had been done on 16300kN extrusion machine.According to the extruding test data,the coefficients of the Arrhenius equation had been determined for supper-alloy IN690.And the relative errors between calculation results of the constitutive model and experiment results are less than 8.3%.The suitable conditions of the constitutive model of supper-alloy IN690 are that the temperature being 1150℃~1200℃,and extrusion speed being 15~60mm/s,and strain-rate being 1.86~7.44.
