Research on Image Compression Algorithm Which is Based on Block and Classification

摘要：

　　This paper describes the principle of compression for JPEG and JPEG2000 image compression algorithms.Firstly make the images chunk,and then submitting a new image compression algorithms,which is based on the important property of entropy,verify the new compression algorithms by simulation and data processing,and indicate that the new compression algorithm has good feasibility.
