Research on Dimerization of Oleic Acid Catalyzed by Organic Montmorillonite

摘要：

　　A dimer acid was synthesized by Diels-Alder action using single oleic acid as raw material.Effects of different reaction conditions on composition and mechanism for Diels-Alder action of oleic acid were discussed.The result showed that the conversion ofdimer acid was 71.7% under using the amount of organic montmorillonite as catalyst 9% (in term of mass of system),reaction temperature 260℃,reaction time 8h.It is to be a certain significance to improve the quality of dimer acid with oleic acid as raw material.
