Research of classification technology of cashew nuts
Cashew classification technology is tested by the method of orthogonal test in this paper,and it found the main factors,the trend and the optimum operating parameters of cashew classification by observing three factors of the sieve length,drum speed and the number of turns which influenced mixed-level rate and classification efficiency.We did regression analysis of testdata by using SPSS software,and got the universal formula of cashews samples grading for cashews samples.The paper provided theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the operating parameters of the cashew grading machine.
