Analyzing China Harmonization of Technical Barriers to Trade in the EU and US Markets

　　As the course of economy glohalization and trade liberalization have been speeding up,the protective in the international trade have changed greatly.Especially in the recent years,it is widely recognized that technical barriers to trade create numerous obstacles to the international exchange of primary and processed products in The EU and US markets.This article proposes the definition and classification of technical barriers to trade and provides a preliminary framework for analyzing the vast array of measures.It will try to put forward some appropriate countermeasures in view of Chinese specific situations.
