PREDICTING THE SLOW MOBILITY OF SOIL SLOPE BY BINGHAM MODEL
Bingham model can describe the slow movement of natural soil slopes.To get more reasonable displacement of slow-moving landslides,more studies about Bingham model are conducted.The variety of nonlinear viscosity and mechanism of natural slopes are taken into account in this paper.The displacement equation can be derived by assuming that slope soil is fully or partially saturated.The proposed formula based on Bingham model is applied to describe one typical creeping soil slope.The concept of shear layer can be easily emerged by the formula without any assumption.
