SOIL PRESSURE MODEL CONSIDERING THE DEFORMATION AND ITS APPLICATION
Logical calculation of soil pressure is the key issue in the brace system for excavation engineering.A new computation model considering the deformation is presented.The influenced mechanisms of top beam and brace on the retaining structures are analyzed respectively.A finite element program combined the influence of deformation,ring beam and brace on retaining structures is designed.Top ring beam is regarded as a horizontal beam,then an approach that considers the integrated effects of ring beam and brace is presented.The computed results by typical cases show the distribution of later deformation at pile top and the effect of braced system.The method is helpful for the design of brace system in excavation engineering.
