RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION METHOD OF FLEXIBLE JOB-SHOP SCHEDULING WITH LOT-SPLITTING

  The flexible job-shop scheduling optimization model was conducted in order to solve the problem of optimization in flexible job-shop small batch scheduling with lot-splitting.The model was concerned with make-span,manufacturing cost,count of the batch and workload.A hybrid bee colony optimization algorithm based on bee colony optimization algorithm and artificial bee colony algorithm was proposed to obtain the optimal solution.At the beginning,batch program was initialized by flexible average rule.The process scheduling solution was obtained by artificial bee colony algorithm for each bath program in the optimization algorithm iteration and lot-splitting scheduling solution was obtained in the cycle of hybrid bee colony optimization algorithm.Finally,the performance of the method was evaluated through simulation.The results proved that the method could solve mass variety and small batch lot-splitting scheduling problem in the flexible job shop effectively and efficiently.
