A CASE OPTIMIZATION OF PROCESS INSTANCE BASIN FOR GREEN MANUFACTURING
The most basic problems in Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) are the retrieval and selection of cases.To optimize a retrieval of similar case from process instance basin for green manufacturing,this paper proposes an effective methodology based on Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).The fuzzy linguistic knowledge in an evaluation for green manufacturing is quantified by fuzzy set theory,and a compromised decision-making model for process case is constructed for green process case retrieval.DEMATEL method is modified to study the relationship of process evaluation factors in fuzzy environment and to allocate weighing factor according to its influence.Furthermore,a decision making matrix for each case in similarity instance basin is obtained and a relative closeness to the ideal process is gained based on a comprehensive DEMATEL-TOPSIS algorithm.As a result,a best process case for green manufacturing is selected by the preference order of process instances according to their relative closeness.Finally,to illustrate the proposed method,a process case optimization of an automotive part with a set of process features is considered and the most appropriate one is obtained showing its feasibility and effectiveness.
