RESEARCH ON THE SYSTEM OF LIFE CYCLE COST ESTIMATION FOR ENERGY-INTENSIVE PRODUCTS

　　There are some problems in estimating Life Cycle Cost (LCC),such as difficult extraction and analysis of large amounts of data,complex estimation model and calculation method,and the integration with other systems.To solve these problems,the research development of LCC estimation was analyzed and a system to estimate LCC for energy-intensive products was established.The architecture,estimation model of this system and the framework to integrate with other systems were set up,while the key technologies to achieve the LCC estimation system were put forward.Finally,a prototype system of LCC estimation on industrial transformers was introduced to validate them.
