PRODUCT CARBON FOOTPRINT COLLABORATIVE CALCULATION AND EVALUATION SYSTEM

  In order to calculate product carbon footprint (PCF) more conveniently and make product life cycle assessment (PLCA) more efficient,methods and technologies of Web 2.0 were introduced into product carbon footprint calculation and evaluation.A methodology of product carbon footprint collaborative calculation and evaluation based on Web 2.0 was put forward,while the frame structure of collaborative calculation and evaluation system was set up.On this basis,the carbon footprint collaborative calculation and evaluation prototype system oriented to energy-saving and emissionreduction of auto parts was developed.The system mainly includes four parts:establishment of the product life cycle (PLC) model,collaborative calculation of product carbon footprint,analysis of carbon footprint calculation result,collaborative evaluation of the calculation schemes offered by other users,thus providing a new idea for the product carbon footprint calculation and low carbon evaluation.
