INTEGRATED OPTIMIZATION FOR REMANUFACTURING SYSTEM BASED ON REMANUFACTURABILITY EVALUATION
To solve the uncertainties influence of remanufacturing system for remanufacturing production,integrated optimization method is proposed for manufacturing system based on remanufacturability evaluation.A plurality of repair schemes with remanufacturing process route is firstly obtained by remanufacturing evaluation.Secondly,the main scheduling model and the sub-scheduling model are established for integrated scheduling of remanufacturing system.The main scheduling is for optimization of process ronte of remanufacturing parts.The sub-scheduling is for optimization to the given process combination.Thirdly,dual-layer genetic algorithm was designed to solve the model.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate that the method can effectively reduce uncertainty effects to remanufacturing system,and facilitate the operation of remanufacturing system.
